We’ve done some research and put together a list of the best Covid-19 training courses and resources out there. We haven’t been able to find any specific courses for event and promo staff, however the courses below are adaptable and relevant to the industry. For more than 100 years, they’ve been championing better work and working lives by setting professional standards for HR and people development, as well as driving positive change in the world of work. They have a wealth of information to help employers get their employees prepared for returning to work as well as latest government guidelines
WorldHost 2020 – Keeping customers safe (COVID-19)
WorldHost 2020 is a 60 minute e-learning course that prepares your service professionals for front-line duty. Although this course is aimed at the service industry there could be many adaptable aspects for the events industry beyond hospitality.
